Cycling is good for your brains

Is this why cyclists think they are better than anybody else on the road?

Scientists are confirming what most cyclists instinctively know – that riding a bike has extraordinary effects on our brain chemistry. The article looks at the result of half a dozen studies, and they all point in the same direction. It does not matter if your are a school child or at the onset of old age – if you cycle (and cycle harder… a lesson for me personally) your brain will benefit.
