A comprehensive research project “The cost of overweight and obesity in Australia” finds that the fat cost Australia $21 billion per year, or about $1000 per head. But for $16 per head per year we can double the number of kids riding to school and increase cycling in the general population by 27% over a five year period. Seems cheap…..

A good idea, but the Road Traffic (Bicycles) Regulations 2002 states that the equipment or load on a bicycle must not exceed 660 mm in width.
I wonder if the rider is classed as either equipment or load? ;-(

Isn’t it a tight bum you get cycling? My GF reckons my bum is too tight and compact. Like a plum. “On yer bike” I tell her.
